Cancellation policy

SleepCocoa™ subscriptions automatically renew at the delivery frequency selected at checkout until canceled.

Your first subscription order may include an introductory promotional price. After any introductory offer, your subscription will renew at the recurring price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at support@sleepcocoa.com. There is no cancellation fee or long-term commitment.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, your cancellation must be completed before the next order is processed. Once a recurring order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel or modify that shipment.

Initial subscription purchases are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. Subscription renewal orders are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SuperPrime LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is canceled.
