The guarantee applies to your first pouch. Due to the nature of a consumable product, additional pouches purchased are not eligible for refund.

Subscriptions

Covers the first pouch of your first subscription shipment. Renewal shipments are not covered, but you can skip, pause, or cancel any time before your next billing date from your account or by emailing support.

Not covered

Additional pouches beyond the first, renewal shipments, and second or later orders. Limit one guarantee refund per customer and household. We may decline refunds where we identify abuse of the policy.
