If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you’re eligible for a full refund within 60 days of your first purchase — no questions asked.
To request a refund:
Email support@sleepcocoa.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your request is processed.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from sleepcocoa.com. We cannot guarantee or process refunds for products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers.
Returns
Because SleepCocoa™ is a consumable product, returns of opened items are not required for refunds under our 60-day policy.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement or refund.
To report an issue, email support@sleepcocoa.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, if applicable.
Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal
SleepCocoa™ offers subscription options to make it easy to maintain your nightly ritual without interruption. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges every 30 days (or your chosen delivery frequency) until canceled.
Your payment method will automatically be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
You may cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing support@sleepcocoa.com.
To avoid the next charge, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date.
Once a recurring order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund within that billing cycle.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information to ensure uninterrupted service.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order is damaged in transit or lost before arrival, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll happily replace or refund your purchase.
